Sunny Mango Float & Honey Dewd
In the summer of 2020/2021, we introduced two new flavours to our menu.
Paying homage to a classic filipino dessert, the Mango Float, we evolved our Sunny Mango bingsu and added chunky mango pieces and a scrumptious Graham Cracker Crumble to bring Sunny Mango Float to the menu.
The Honey Dewd flavour came from our love of the classic Korean melon flavoured milk drink and dessert bars both from Binggrae. This bingsu featured freshly balled watermelon and honey dew and rainbow jelly. The real star of the show however, is the base flavour so we decided to give it its moment in the sun by keep the toppings simple on this bingsu.
While this brought our menu to a nice round number of 10 bingsu, only one could remain at the end of summer and that of course was Honey Dewd.
